The merger will better enable Seamco to provide customers throughout Europe with filling lines for liquid products.
BPMatic is known for manufacturing filling machines for large containers and industrial scales. The activities of BPMatic and Seamco NV are a perfect match. Seamco NV produces filling and capping machines for liquid products under the Sneyders brand and distributes to a number of packaging machine manufacturers. The merger gives both companies the opportunity to offer a broader and deeper service to customers in the Benelux and the rest of Europe.

Broader offer, broader support
By joining the BPMatic and Sneyders brands customers will be able to choose between three dosage methods: flow meters, pistons and scales. Customers now have different solutions for filling 50 ml bottles up to IBCs with a 1,000 litre content. A larger team of automation engineers and service technicians will further improve post-purchase support.

Combining our activities allows us to strengthen the cooperation that already exists. BPMatic will have access to Seamco's commercial network.”
One team, one brand
As a result of this merger, the BPMatic filling machines will be marketed under the Sneyders brand in the future. The automatic jerrycan fillers will be called Amazon. The drum and IBC fillers will be called Yukon. Both names are a continuation of the different Sneyders fillers, all named after rivers. The sale and calibration of scales will be continued under the brand BPMatic.
The BPMatic staff will get a workplace at the Seamco company premises in Oelegem. Patrick Pissierssens remains responsible for the sale of high-volume filling machines. Hans Burman will direct the activities relating to scales and calibration. Production will be led by Luc Hulselmans, Operations Manager.
