Twin neck bottles have a normal neck opening on one side and a neck opening with a dosage chamber on the other side. Both openings are usually closed with two identical caps. To be able to handle this on classic filling lines, either the bottles are already closed with a cap when they are delivered or the filling line is equipped with two cap closers. In both cases there are extra costs.
SNEYDERS now has a solution to close the two caps with one machine. The bottle is positioned with the starwheel to close the first cap. The same starwheel is equipped with a special tool to position the bottle afterwards for tightening the second cap. All in one go.
