Scaldis Piston
The 4kW servo motor powering the piston beam is designed to handle even the most viscous products while preventing foaming in the bottles. A built-in compensation system ensures an accuracy of +/- 0.2%, even when gaskets experience wear. The cylinder from 1500 ml to 5000 ml are available offering flexibility to meet your specific filling needs.

Scaldis Flowmeter
The Scaldis F model can be equipped with up to 14 filling heads, depending on the size of the container formats. Thanks to the wide filling range of its flowmeters, this machine is perfect for filling both 500 ml bottles and 10-liter jerrycans. It’s especially suited for handling delicate products that require a high level of sanitation or need to be filled at elevated temperatures.

Scaldis Monobloc
The Scaldis Monobloc is an advanced solution built on the robust Scaldis capper, enhanced with an integrated filling module. This module features filling nozzles mounted on a servo-driven beam that moves in sync with the starwheel transferring the bottles. The bottles are filled in a single operation, ensuring the same high precision as other Sneyders filling machines. The filling module can be configured with either pistons or flowmeters, providing flexibility to match your specific production requirements.
