Tigris Weight
The Tigris M can be equipped with one or two conveyor scales. The machine is aimed to fill jerrycans between 3 and 30 liters. The scales dose the exact weight. Easy removable filling nozzles and hoses, allow a dedicated filling equipment for different products.

Tigris Piston
The piston filler can be equipped with 5 liter or 1,5 liter pistons. The speed of servo driven piston beam can be adjusted to control the pressure of the product flow and consequently avoid foaming of the liquids in the bottle. An ingenious CIP system allows the rinsing of the cylinders without dismantling.

The tigris F is equipped with magnetic or mass flow meters and can accommodate up to six filling heads.

The advantages of the Tigris capping machines at a glance
Tiltable cap sorter.
An operator does not need to climb stairs to change the sorting wheel in the sorter. Instead the sorted can be tilted downwards to ensure a safe format change over.

Capping torque control up to 30Nm
Torque can be adjusted from operator panel also during operation. Capping torque for each type and color of cap can be stored in and recalled from a recipe on the operator panel resulting in correct set up of the machine after format change over.
Electronic cam capping head
The servo driven vertical movement of the capping head provides the possibility follow precisely the screwing thread of your bottle and cap, resulting in a secure closing of your container.
